Thesis
This blog will serve to share facts, anecdotes, statistics, and testimony related to the Connecticut Department of Children and Families. It will provide evidence of the good and the bad. My hypothesis is that CT DCF workers have made catastrophic mistakes in the past, costing the state millions of dollars, and in response has taken a hard right turn, causing trauma and damage to both parents and children in an attempt to avoid liability. I will test this hypothesis, and whether right or wrong, the results will be produced with supporting evidence.
